This piece represents the colors of the Navajo Nation, I began it while doing a residency at Sanders Elementary School on the edge of the Reservation. The intersecting shapes symbolize the land and the sea.
Mortar sculpture with found object mosaic. Items include turquoise jewelry, fossils, glass art, etc. 20” tall, wood base.
