Pieces of steel
skeleton plates were assembled and welded to the side of the
car. When the whole car has been skinned with skeleton
plates there should be room for about a dozen paintings
within circular frames (one small and one large one are
visible in this picture. I hope to find twelve different
artists to paint in these circles |
