Pulling up tightly compacted straw while looking for coins and anything of value to supplement their income. Are you going to complain to UNICEF or to Save the Children? |
Now that the crowds have gone,
the poor have an opportunity to dig up the exposed bed of the Ganga to
search for anything of value. Millions of pilgrim feet have pressed down
the sand, making digging difficult. |
