The white temple on the left is dedicated to Hanumanji while the red one on the right is dedicated to Shiva. At this early hour only about a thousand pilgrims are here. In a few hours, moving about in this village will become a major challenge. |

Faith and devotion. |
Inside the Sanctum Sanctorum. The linga is enclosed inside the square protected by red bars. Pilgrims pour water and milk and throw flowers and berries and other offerings on the linga which is now buried under all the offerings. Some pilgrims try to touch it with their hands. The offerings have to be cleared at regular intervals. |
