Pilgrims have offered rice, coins, and placed ten rupee notes in the palm of his right hand. A reminder to us all that despite our varied external physical appearances, were are all sisters and brothers seeking our way to the source of our being. These reminders, sometimes shocking and painful, appear everywhere here at the mela.
